SPB Exchange wants to open trade at 5 am Moscow time

MOSCOW, Jun 23 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Saint-Petersburg Exchange (SPB Exchange) plans to open trading sessions at 5.00 a.m. Moscow time, Roman Goryunov, member of the bourse’s board of directors, said on Wednesday at an annual general meeting of members of nonprofit Partnership for Development of the RTS Financial Market (the NP RTS Association).

“We also announce our readiness to trade earlier than from 7.00 a.m., We think that it would be reasonable to switch into a format of 21 hours 5 days a week and start trade at 5.00 a.m.,” he said.
